About Us
It all begain as the First Methodist Episcopal Church South, Caddo, Blue County, Indian Territory, in a little white frame building at the intersection of Bois D'arc St and Main. Mrs. Sara Harlin in 1873 established the church. But we've gone through a few innovations since then!
Now, we are the Caddo First United Methodist Church, in a beautiful brick building with a brand new fellowship hall that houses Sunday School Classrooms, a Library, a Nursery, and what Methodist Church would be complete without a place for potluck dinners!
Even though we are proud of our status as one of oldest Methodist Churches in the state, we are now celebrating our 135th anniversary. We are well established in our history and in a new location; we are a church on the move!
We offer many services to our community including:
- Vibrant traditional worship honoring our Father in heaven
- Discipleship 101
- Mission and Outreach
- Food Pantry
- Depression/Bipolar Support Groups
- Celebrate Recovery Groups
- A Nursery, featuring Mother's Day Out
- After-School Programs
- and much more to come!
